Hamptons Endoscopy Center was established to serve a straightforward purpose: to provide the residents of the East End of Long Island with expert gastrointestinal care, close to home, in a setting designed entirely around the patient's experience. Opening in January 2027 at 72A Old Riverhead Road in Westhampton Beach, the center brings advanced endoscopic procedures into a modern, dedicated outpatient facility.
Hospital-grade care, without the hospital
An ambulatory endoscopy center is a facility built for one category of care and built to do it exceptionally well. Everything happens under one roof — check-in, procedure, and recovery — with no hospital admission and no overnight stay. For patients, that means a shorter, simpler day in a quieter environment, and a team whose entire focus is gastrointestinal health.
Concentrating on a focused set of procedures allows a level of efficiency and attention that a large general hospital, by its nature, cannot always provide.
A dedicated center does one category of care, and does it exceptionally well. That focus is the entire point.
Built and led by physicians
The center is staffed by the board-certified gastroenterologists of Brookhaven Gastroenterology Associates — physicians with extensive training, hospital appointments, published research, and, in several cases, Fellowship in the American College of Gastroenterology. This is care shaped by the clinicians who deliver it, not by administration alone.
Every procedure at the center is performed by a board-certified gastroenterologist, supported by board-certified anesthesia providers and dedicated recovery nursing. Meet our physicians →

How care works here
Care at Hamptons Endoscopy Center begins with a consultation with one of our gastroenterologists. Patients are not booked directly for procedures; instead, the physician evaluates each patient's health and history, and if a colonoscopy, endoscopy, or another procedure is warranted, their office arranges it at the center. This consultation-first model ensures that every procedure is appropriate, personalized, and performed by a physician who knows the patient. See our procedures →
Serving the East End community
The center is located in Westhampton Beach and serves patients throughout the East End, including Hampton Bays, Southampton, Quogue, Riverhead, and Remsenburg. Bringing this level of specialized care to the area means residents no longer need to travel west for expert gastrointestinal procedures.
